Nicole Wolman

Nicole Wolman is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian based in Sydney. She has over 20 years of experience in private practice. She is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa where she was instrumental in setting up an inpatient eating disorder program. She has counselled thousands of patients over the years and her passion remains nutrition education.

She has a warm and sensitive approach and has a special interest in helping clients with their eating disorders (including those with Anorexia and Bulimia Nervosa as well those with binge eating disorders and other specified feeding or eating disorder). She believes the key lies in repairing the broken relationship with food.

She promotes long term sustainable changes to enhance health and mental well-being. She believes in the power of food and that food is medicine. Nicole understands the frustration people feel from too many mixed messages and contradictory claims made by the media. She aims to help her clients navigate the minefield that is diet culture to help people make informed decisions.
