With over 5 years of clinical experience at the Butterfly Foundation, directly assisting carers of loved ones with an eating disorder, Archana offers counselling and coaching sessions to parents/carers in recognition of the importance of assisting parents/carers in supporting their loved ones with eating disorders.

Archana takes into consideration the cognitive, behavioural, physiological, social, and spiritual aspects of the systems within a person.

Archana is trauma trained and her practice draws on psychodynamic and body/somatic psychotherapies, and is informed by interpersonal neurobiology, neuroscience, attachment, and trauma research.
